The Team Behind  Cornerstone  

My experience, work history and natural inclination have revolved around mechanical dependability.  I like things that run around the clock, evaluating what happened when they did not, and fixing what went wrong so that problem will not happen again. I also like sharing my experience with others in order that we get better together. I know that we are all much smarter together than individually.

 

I understand that equipment longevity starts with the establishment of exact operating procedures, close monitoring of equipment and operating conditions, proper preventive maintenance, and the input from all involved in the pursuit of the perpetual compressor package.

 

While a good system and procedures are important, the bedrock of success is the passion of the good people involved in the execution of the plan, especially when it involves long hours, severe heat and cold, and a physically and mentally taxing lifestyle.

 

It is the care of these folks that makes everything work, making sure they have the tools and training they need, rewarding them financially, giving them duties that they can complete, and still have time for a good life at home.  This makes for an exceptionally strong company and a loyal team dedicated to that strong company.
